FAQ: answer any of your questions about The Mug

FAQ The Mug

Do you have any questions about our coworking spaces? Have a look at our FAQ to find clear answers in one click. Be warned: you’ll want to join us even more!

Is access really 24/7?

Yes, your code allows you to access The Mug at any time of the day or night, weekdays and weekends, 365 days a year. Flexibility is one of our core values! Using The Mug at night or on weekends is no different to going during the week. As a member, you receive a personal code upon registration that allows you to open The Mug’s doors whenever you want.

Where can I work with my membership?

Your membership gives you access to our four centres (Brussels Schuman, Brussels Flagey, Le Phare du Kanaal and Enghien). You choose your favourite coworking but you can access the other spaces whenever you want to. And you don’t need to book in advance! Ask for your access codes and feel at home everywhere!

Is there always room in the coworking spaces?

Yes, our coworking managers have perfectly calculated the capacity of each centre. There’s always room for you!

Is there really unlimited coffee?

Yes, there is always coffee and tea (or herbal tea if you don’t need a stimulant) available in our centres. It’s free for you and your guests. Sugar is available. Milk is up to you!

Is there somewhere to take a phone call or organise a quiet conference call?

In Schuman and Flagey, our two Brussels centres, you have access to phone rooms to deal with your calls in peace. In Enghien, you can reserve a meeting room free-of-charge for this. There are enough rooms for you to be able to reserve a space at the last minute.

Can I organise a meeting at The Mug?

Of course. It’s the best place for it! We have fully equipped meeting rooms (whiteboard or flipchart, overhead projector, TV) for you to receive your clients, business partners or colleagues in the best possible conditions. Help yourself to unlimited coffee and tea in our kitchens.
