The Mug services

It’s about coworking, on the one hand, but also offices and meeting rooms, legal address and an on-demand secretarial support. The Mug: an all-in-one combo in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

In 2014, Stephan de Brabandere, entrepreneur, and Lauranne Lahaye, journalist, launched the coworking adventure with a clear idea in mind: to create an alternative to existing centers, often cold and inflexible. The Mug’s formulas can be adapted to your desires: come occasionally or frequently, move from one center to another according to your appointments!

From Brussels to Enghien: 4 locations

The Mug concept covers two cities and four centers: The Mug Schuman, The Mug Flagey and The Mug Kanaal, in Brussels, and The Mug Enghien, in Hainaut. Our spaces are accessible by public transport, you can park easily (and in front of each Brussels center, there is a bike rack). The Mug is open 7 days a week. With your personal digicode, you can make yourself at home: come on in, make yourself a hot tea, use the printer/scanner, change places when you feel like it.

We dreamed of a friendly, reassuring place. A place where everything is easy and included, from fair trade coffee to meeting rooms. A place to meet people but where everyone goes his own way. A place that helps us build an open and sustainable society, too.

1. Coworking: all inclusive

Our coworking memberships give access to all four centers, without restriction. From 1 day to a whole a week, you choose. Good to know: the Walloon Region contributes 80% of your subscription; the Brussels Region offers you a bonus of 450€! As a bonus: your subscription offers hours of meeting rooms rental!

2. Private and shared offices

Sharing an office with other freelancers or teams, or setting up your team in a private, custom-made office: everything is possible!

3. Meeting rooms

Each Mug member has access to our 10 lovely meeting rooms, free of charge. Not a member? You are very welcome as well, of course!

4. Legal address and mail service

Do you want to set up your company’s head office with us? Good idea, our locations are strategically situated: the Grand-Place of Enghien, the European Quarter, the canal of Brussels and the vibrant place Flagey. Our packages include: mail reception, sorting, scanning and/or mailing, parcel collection. As a bonus: your subscription offers 4 hours of meeting rooms rental or 1 day of coworking per month!

5. The Mug Solutions

Too much paperwork, not enough time: it’s time to entrust your administrative management to an efficient and reliable team. Call on The Mug Solutions, our on-demand secretarial service. We assist you with managing your calls, creating and formatting documents, filing and following up invoices, writing and/or translating letters and applying for subsidies. Starting at 25€/hour for a one-time assistance.

6. Cafe-canteen

In June 2021, The Mug took over the keys of Le Phare du Kanaal, a coworking space and restaurant, and extended its services to the catering sector. At Le Phare, people eat local and seasonal food. The place, right next to the Brussels canal, can be rented out 365 days a year.

We are the cheapest
