General terms and conditions of sale

Coworking services, private offices, company registered office, meeting-room hire and event organisation — B2B relations.

Version 2026.1 — in force on 1 October 2026

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “Conditions” or “GTC”) govern all contractual relations between:

The Mug Enghien SRL, a private limited liability company under Belgian law, with registered office at Grand-Place 50, 7850 Enghien, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and identified for VAT purposes under number BE 0676.565.595, trading under the commercial name “The Mug” (hereinafter “The Mug” or the “Provider”);

and any natural or legal person acting in the course of their professional activity who subscribes to a service of The Mug (hereinafter the “Client”).

The Mug and the Client are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

The Mug operates shared and private workspaces located in Enghien and in Brussels (notably Flagey and Schuman), where it offers coworking services, office rental, business domiciliation, the provision of meeting rooms and the organisation of events.

These GTC are addressed exclusively to professional clients (“B2B” relations). Where a service is supplied to a consumer within the meaning of the Code of Economic Law, the mandatory provisions protecting consumers prevail over any contrary clause of these Conditions.

It is expressly agreed that the provision of one or more workstations or offices constitutes merely an ancillary element of an overall supply of services. The contract may under no circumstances be characterised as a commercial lease, an office lease or any other lease agreement subject to specific legislation, and confers on the Client no right in rem, no right to remain on the premises and no right to renewal.

Article 1 — Scope, contractual hierarchy and enforceability

1.1. These Conditions apply to every offer, quotation, order, subscription agreement, booking and invoice issued by The Mug. Together with the specific agreement signed by the Parties, they constitute the entire agreement between them and supersede any prior agreement or exchange relating to the same subject matter.

1.2. The Client acknowledges having read these Conditions and having accepted them without reservation before the conclusion of the contract. Signing a specific agreement, placing an order or using a service constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Conditions.

1.3. The Client expressly waives its own general conditions of purchase, even if these stipulate that they prevail. Any derogation from these Conditions must, in order to be valid, be the subject of prior written agreement by The Mug; it is then limited to the contract for which it was granted.

1.4. Contractual hierarchy. In the event of contradiction between the contractual documents, the order of priority is as follows: (1) the specific agreement or order form signed by the Parties; (2) these Conditions; (3) the service notes and operating instructions communicated by The Mug. In particular, the duration, the notice period and the termination arrangements stipulated in the specific agreement prevail over these Conditions.

Article 2 — Description of the services

2.1. Depending on the formula chosen by the Client and the availability of the sites, The Mug offers in particular the following services:

  • coworking: access to workstations in a shared space, whether flexible or dedicated, including the equipment and amenities described in the offer (wifi, printing, coffee and tea, etc.);
  • private offices: provision of an enclosed space for one person or a team;
  • business domiciliation: provision of an address for the establishment of the registered office or of a place of business, with mail handling according to the formula;
  • meeting rooms and phone booths: one-off booking or booking using credits;
  • events: exclusive hire of spaces and associated services;
  • access to the common areas (corridors, sanitary facilities, kitchen), to the office equipment and to the ICT infrastructure, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the spaces and their equipment.

2.2. The precise features, the formula, the capacity, the access hours and the applicable price are those set out in the offer or in the specific agreement accepted by the Client. Meeting room credits included in a formula are, unless otherwise stated, monthly and cannot be carried over from one month to the next.

2.3. Nature of the undertaking. The services of The Mug constitute an obligation of means: The Mug undertakes to exercise the care and diligence reasonably expected of a professional, without guaranteeing any particular result.

2.4. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, private spaces are equipped by The Mug with a desk, a seat, a shelf unit, window blinds and lighting. The following are not supplied by The Mug: the ergonomic office chair, the drawer unit, the individual desk lamp, plants and rugs.

2.5. The Mug reserves the right to alter the layout of its spaces, its equipment and its services, provided that the nature and level of the service subscribed to are not substantially affected.

2.6. Reception and assistance services are provided on working days and during the opening hours of the sites, without prejudice to independent badge access where the formula so provides.

Article 3 — Formation of the contract

3.1. Offers and quotations from The Mug are valid for the period stated therein or, failing that, for thirty (30) calendar days.

3.2. The contract is formed upon signature of the specific agreement or order form by the Client, or upon written confirmation of the booking by The Mug, including by electronic means.

3.3. For one-off bookings of meeting rooms or event spaces, the booking is definitive only after confirmation by The Mug and, where applicable, payment of the requested deposit.

Article 4 — Duration, renewal and termination of the contract

4.1. Duration and renewal

Subscriptions (coworking, private office, domiciliation) are concluded for the term stated in the specific agreement. Unless otherwise stipulated, they are renewed by tacit renewal for successive periods of the same duration, failing termination notified in accordance with the notice period provided for in article 4.2. Where a minimum commitment period is provided for, the Client may neither terminate its contract nor reduce its capacity before the end of that period.

4.2. Termination by the Client

The notice period is that provided for in the specific agreement in force between the Parties, each formula being able to include distinct conditions as to duration and notice. Failing any period stipulated in the specific agreement, it is one (1) month for flexible and dedicated workstations, and three (3) months for private offices.

Notice is given in writing, by email addressed to coffeebreak@themug.be with acknowledgement of receipt, or by registered letter. It takes effect on the first day of the month following notification. Sums due for the notice period remain payable.

4.3. Termination by The Mug

The Mug may terminate the contract subject to the same notice period, notified in writing to the email address provided by the Client in the specific agreement.

4.4. Termination for breach

Either Party may terminate the contract as of right, without any indemnity being payable by it, in the event of a serious breach by the other Party of its obligations which has not been remedied within fifteen (15) calendar days following a written formal notice that has remained without effect.

The following in particular constitute serious breaches on the part of the Client: persistent non-payment, any interference with the safety or the tranquillity of the premises and of other occupants, the carrying on of a prohibited activity within the meaning of article 11, and the repeated failure to comply with the rules of use set out in article 10. In the event of a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property, The Mug may suspend access without notice.

In the event of termination attributable to the Client, The Mug is entitled to claim a fixed indemnity equivalent to three (3) months of the fee, without prejudice to compensation for the loss actually suffered where this is greater.

4.5. Insolvency

The Client shall inform The Mug in writing, within ten (10) days, of any bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation or judicial reorganisation proceedings concerning it.

In the event of the Client's bankruptcy or liquidation, the contract is terminated as of right on the date of the judgment or decision, and a fixed indemnity equivalent to three (3) months of the fee is due to The Mug.

In the event that judicial reorganisation proceedings are opened, and in accordance with Book XX of the Code of Economic Law, the contract is not terminated on that ground alone; The Mug is nevertheless entitled to make the continuation of its services conditional upon advance payment of the fees falling due or upon the provision of additional guarantees.

4.6. Return of the premises

On expiry or in the event of termination, the Client shall return the spaces and equipment made available in their original condition, fair wear and tear excepted, return the badges, cards and keys, and clear the premises of its belongings. Failing removal of the property within eight (8) days, The Mug may store or dispose of it at the Client's expense.

4.7. Sums due

All sums due by the Client in respect of elapsed periods remain definitively acquired by The Mug.

Article 5 — Price, indexation and tariff revision

5.1. Price

Prices are expressed in euros and are exclusive of tax (excl. VAT). Value added tax and any other applicable tax are added at the rate in force on the invoice date and are borne by the Client.

The fixed fee covers the use of the spaces provided for by the formula, ordinary consumption charges (water, electricity, heating), the cleaning of common areas, access to the ICT infrastructure, as well as all charges, duties and taxes relating to the building and its equipment (building insurance, property withholding tax, regional and municipal taxes).

5.2. Annual indexation

Fees are indexed once per calendar year, on 1 January, on the basis of the movement in the health index published by the Federal Public Service Economy. Failing publication of that index, the consumer price index is substituted for it.

Indexation is applied to all Clients on the same date, according to the following formula:

New fee = current fee × [ 1 + ( I₁ / I₀ − 1 ) × n / 12 ]

where I₁ is the health index for the month of November preceding the indexation, I₀ the health index for the month of November of the previous year, and n the number of whole months elapsed between the commencement date of the contract and the 31 December preceding the indexation, n being capped at twelve.

It follows that, for a contract which commenced during the year, the first indexation is applied pro rata to the number of months of presence during the elapsed year, indexation being thereafter applied in full in subsequent years. By way of example, a contract which commenced on 1 April and a movement in the index of 2.4% give rise, on the following 1 January, to an adjustment of 2.4% × 9/12, that is 1.8%.

5.3. Tariff revision other than indexation

Independently of indexation, The Mug may revise its tariffs. Such a revision may not take place more than once in any period of twelve (12) months. It is notified in writing subject to three (3) months' notice and is accompanied, as from the notification, by the objective justification underlying it.

A Client who does not accept the revision may terminate the subscription concerned, without indemnity, in writing and before the date on which the revision takes effect, whatever the percentage of the announced increase.

5.4. Additional services

Certain services (printing beyond the quotas, additional room credits, event services, mail handling, badge replacement, etc.) are subject to additional invoicing at the tariffs in force. These tariffs may be amended subject to one (1) month's written notice.

Article 6 — Security deposit

The Mug may make the provision of certain services conditional upon payment of a security deposit, the amount of which is stated in the specific agreement and usually corresponds to two (2) months of the fee.

This deposit does not bear interest and does not constitute an advance on the fees: it may under no circumstances be set off by the Client against a fee that has fallen due, including that of the notice period. It is refunded within thirty (30) days following the end of the contract and the return of the premises, after deduction where applicable of any sums remaining due and of the cost of any damage recorded.

Article 7 — Invoicing and payment

7.1. Direct debit

Payment of subscriptions is made exclusively by European direct debit (SEPA mandate), signed by the Client at the latest upon conclusion of the contract. The Client authorises The Mug to debit the amount of the fee and of the additional services invoiced, and undertakes to keep the mandate valid throughout the term of the contract.

7.2. Payment in advance

The fee is calculated month by month and is payable in advance. It is debited from the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month preceding the period concerned.

Access to the facilities is conditional upon effective payment of the first fee and, where applicable, of the security deposit and the set-up costs.

7.3. One-off services and events

One-off room bookings are payable on booking. Event services give rise to a deposit of thirty per cent (30%) on confirmation of the booking, the balance being payable at the latest on the day of the event. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no invoice is payable more than thirty (30) calendar days after its date of issue.

7.4. Unsuccessful direct debit

In the event of a rejected or unsuccessful direct debit, the Client shall pay the amount due within seven (7) days of the notice sent to it. Bank rejection charges are recharged to the Client.

7.5. Disputing invoices

Any dispute concerning an invoice must, in order to be admissible, be notified in writing (email or registered letter) within fifteen (15) days of its receipt, failing which the invoice is deemed definitively accepted. A dispute does not release the Client from paying the undisputed portion when due.

7.6. Transaction charges and withholding tax

Charges relating to payments from foreign accounts are recharged to the Client. If the legislation of the Client's country imposes a withholding tax, this remains payable by the Client: the amount invoiced is due to The Mug in full, net of any withholding, and the Client itself pays any withholding to the competent authority.

Article 8 — Late payment

8.1. First reminder

In the event of non-payment of an invoice on its due date, The Mug sends the Client a first free reminder.

8.2. Late payment interest

Failing payment on the due date, any sum remaining due bears, as of right and without prior formal notice, late payment interest at the rate provided for by the Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, namely the European Central Bank reference rate increased by eight percentage points, calculated from the due date until payment in full.

8.3. Fixed recovery indemnity

Any sum remaining unpaid on the due date is further increased, by way of penalty clause, by a single fixed indemnity of ten per cent (10%) of the amount remaining due, with a minimum of forty euros (€40).

This indemnity covers all extrajudicial recovery costs and includes the fixed indemnity of forty euros (€40) provided for by the Act of 2 August 2002: the two are not cumulative. Nor is it cumulative with any separate compensation for extrajudicial recovery costs.

The Parties agree that this indemnity and the late payment interest, which compensate distinct heads of loss, are reasonable having regard to the damage suffered and to articles VI.91/2 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law. Reciprocally, in the event of a delay attributable to The Mug in refunding a sum due to the Client, the latter benefits from equivalent interest and indemnity.

8.4. Acceleration

Non-payment of an invoice on the due date renders payable the sums due, even those not yet fallen due, under all contracts binding the Parties. This acceleration takes effect only after a written formal notice has been sent to the Client and has remained without effect for fifteen (15) calendar days, and relates only to sums due by the same Client.

8.5. Suspension of services

Following a reminder that has remained without effect, The Mug may suspend access to the spaces and services, including the handing over of mail, until the outstanding invoices have been paid in full. This suspension does not constitute termination of the contract and does not suspend the obligation to pay the fees.

Article 9 — Access, badges and authorised persons

  • The Client shall declare to its reference site the identity and contact details of the persons authorised to access the spaces, and shall report without delay any departure or change.
  • Each authorised person receives a personal and individually named badge or access code, which may not be lent, transferred or shared.
  • The loss or theft of a badge must be reported immediately to The Mug; its replacement is invoiced at the tariffs in force.
  • The Client is answerable for the persons it receives or who access the spaces with its express or tacit permission, and shall ensure that they comply with these Conditions.
  • The Client shall ensure that access points are closed and that safety instructions are complied with, in particular outside opening hours.
  • The Client shall inform The Mug of any change to its billing details, in particular to its email address.

Article 10 — Rules of use and of shared living

The rules below form an integral part of the contract. The Client complies with them and ensures that they are complied with by its staff and its guests. It undertakes in particular:

  • to respect the tranquillity, safety and comfort of other occupants, and to hold telephone conversations and video calls in the booths or spaces provided for that purpose;
  • to leave the shared spaces, the kitchen and the meeting rooms clean and tidy after use, and to place waste in the sorting areas provided;
  • not to smoke or vape on the premises or in the common areas of the building;
  • not to bring animals onto the premises;
  • not to use any naked-flame appliance or supplementary heater;
  • not to bring in or store any flammable, dangerous, unhygienic, noisy, malodorous or unlawful products;
  • not to display any poster, sign, advertisement or object in the common areas without the written agreement of The Mug;
  • not to take photographs or videos of the spaces for commercial or communication purposes without the prior written agreement of The Mug, and to respect the image rights of other occupants;
  • to comply with the agreed capacity and access hours;
  • not to transfer, sublet or share its workstation, its office, its badges or its access codes without the written agreement of The Mug;
  • not to alter the premises, drill, fix, repaint or install fixed equipment without the prior written agreement of The Mug;
  • to report without delay any damage or malfunction observed.

In the event of serious nuisance, The Mug sends the Client a formal notice by email requiring it to put an end to the nuisance within twenty-four (24) hours. If the nuisance persists, The Mug may apply article 4.4 and claim compensation for the damage suffered.

Article 11 — The Client's activities

The Client may carry on any lawful commercial or civil activity, with the exception of activities:

  • which are dangerous, unhygienic, polluting or noisy;
  • which are contrary to public order or morality;
  • which are liable to cause any nuisance whatsoever to The Mug or to other Clients.

The Client may under no circumstances use the facilities of The Mug to establish there:

  • a dwelling or place of residence, even occasional or overnight;
  • a retail business;
  • a craft activity in direct contact with the public;
  • a hall for political or religious meetings.

The Client complies with all regulations applicable to its activity and to the use of the facilities, and holds the necessary authorisations, licences and insurance. It corresponds directly with the public authorities, without the involvement of The Mug. Any infringement constitutes a serious breach within the meaning of article 4.4.

Article 12 — Specific provisions relating to domiciliation

The domiciliation service allows the Client to establish, at the agreed address, the registered office and/or a place of business of its undertaking. The Client warrants that it carries on a genuine activity connected with that address and undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations, in particular as regards registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.

  • The Client provides the required identification documents (articles of association, identity documents of the representatives, information on the ultimate beneficial owners) and informs The Mug without delay of any change. The Mug is subject to legal due diligence obligations, in particular as regards anti-money laundering.
  • The domiciliation contract confers no right in rem or right to a commercial lease over the premises.
  • The Client collects or has its mail forwarded according to the formula chosen; The Mug opens mail only on written instruction and accepts no responsibility as to content or postal delays.
  • The Mug may be required to communicate certain information to the competent authorities (tax administration, judicial authorities) in accordance with the law.
  • At the end of the contract, the Client shall transfer its registered office to another address without delay, arrange for the required publications and remove any mention of The Mug's address from its official and commercial documents.

If that removal has not taken place within three (3) months of the end of the contract, The Mug reserves all its rights, including the right to refuse any receipt of mail, to report the infringement to the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and to notify the competent departments of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Article 13 — Meeting rooms, booths and events

  • Rooms and booths are booked using the tool made available by The Mug. Credits included in a formula are monthly and cannot be carried over from one month to the next.
  • Any room booking not cancelled at the latest twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time is deducted from the credits or invoiced.
  • For events, the deposit paid is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client less than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled date, fifty per cent (50%) of the agreed price remains due; less than seven (7) days before that date, the full price remains due.
  • The Client complies with the capacity, the agreed times and the safety instructions, and returns the spaces clean and tidy. The use of a caterer or an external service provider is subject to the prior agreement of The Mug.
  • Any damage observed at the end of a meeting or an event is invoiced to the Client.

Article 14 — Liability of The Mug

14.1. The liability of The Mug is limited to direct and proven damage resulting from a fault attributable to it in the performance of its obligations. The Mug is not liable for indirect or immaterial damage, such as loss of turnover, loss of profit, loss of custom, loss of data or damage to reputation.

14.2. Save in the event of fraud, gross negligence or injury to physical integrity, the total liability of The Mug, on all grounds combined, is limited, per incident, to the amount of the sums invoiced to the Client during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

14.3. The Mug accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to the property, personal effects, equipment or data which the Client or its guests bring into or leave in the spaces. It is for the Client to ensure their safekeeping and insurance.

14.4. Incidents and service interruptions. Any incident affecting a service (internet, electricity, heating, access, equipment) is reported by the Client to coffeebreak@themug.be. The Mug acknowledges receipt within the working day, implements without delay the reasonable means to remedy it, immediately passes on to the supplier concerned what falls within that supplier's remit, and keeps the Client informed of progress and of the timescales notified to it.

Part of the services depends on external suppliers and contractors whose availability and timescales The Mug does not control. Temporary interruptions of services, for reasons of maintenance, force majeure or acts of third parties, do not engage the liability of The Mug and give rise to no right to indemnity, nor to any reduction or suspension of the fee. This rule is identical for all Clients and constitutes the counterpart of the level of prices charged.

14.5. The Mug cannot be held liable for disturbances caused by third parties, nor for any expropriation of the building, in respect of which no indemnity will be due to the Client. Nor can it be required to intervene as a third party in a dispute between the Client and its own clients or suppliers.

Article 15 — Liability of the Client, damage and insurance

15.1. The Client is liable for all damage caused by itself, by its staff and by any person present at a site of The Mug with its express or tacit permission.

15.2. Any damage to the premises, the furniture or the equipment made available is immediately recharged to the Client.

15.3. The Client takes out and maintains, throughout the term of the contract, professional liability insurance covering bodily, material and immaterial damage which may be caused to The Mug or to third parties, as well as insurance covering its own property. The Mug may at any time require production of an insurance certificate.

15.4. Save in the event of fraud or gross negligence, the Client and its subrogated insurer, informed when the insurance policies are taken out, waive any recourse against The Mug and its lessors beyond the limits of liability provided for in article 14.

15.5. The Mug declares that it is insured for its own civil liability. The insurance policies relating to the buildings and their operation cover neither the risks specific to the Client's activity, nor the equipment of the Client or of third parties (portable devices, personal effects, leased goods).

Article 16 — Non-solicitation of staff

Throughout the term of the contract and for twelve (12) months after its end, the Client undertakes not to employ or have work on its behalf, directly or indirectly and in any form whatsoever (employment contract, self-employed collaboration, temporary work or subcontracting), any member of the staff of The Mug with whom it came into contact in connection with the contract, without the prior written agreement of The Mug.

In the event of breach, the Client owes a fixed indemnity equal to six (6) times the gross monthly remuneration of the person concerned, calculated as at the date of their departure.

This clause does not apply to a recruitment following an unsolicited application or a response to a published job advertisement, in the absence of any direct approach by the Client.

Article 17 — Force majeure

Neither Party is liable for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, that is to say an unforeseeable event beyond its control, in particular a natural disaster, fire, water damage, general power or network failure, decision of the authorities, epidemic or strike.

Obligations are suspended for the duration of the impediment. If it continues beyond sixty (60) days, either Party may terminate the contract without indemnity, services already performed remaining payable.

Article 18 — Confidentiality

Each Party undertakes to treat as confidential the non-public information of the other Party of which it becomes aware in connection with the contract, and not to disclose it to third parties, save where required by law. This obligation subsists for two (2) years after the end of the contract.

Article 19 — Protection of personal data

The Mug Enghien SRL, with registered office at Grand-Place 50, 7850 Enghien (BE 0676.565.595), acts as controller of the personal data of the Client and of its representatives, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act of 30 July 2018.

The processing operations are based on articles 6.1.a, b, c and f of the GDPR (consent, performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests of the controller) and pursue the following purposes: identification and management of the Client, invoicing and recovery, mail handling, site access and security, performance of the contract, compliance with the legal obligations of The Mug including anti-money laundering, and informing Clients about life in the spaces and about amendments to these Conditions.

The data may be communicated to the processors of The Mug acting on its instructions and to the competent authorities where required by law. It is retained for the duration of the contract, and thereafter for the applicable statutory retention periods, in particular in accounting matters.

The Client and any data subject have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw their consent at any time. These rights are exercised by email to coffeebreak@themug.be. Any complaint may be addressed to the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (contact@apd-gba.be).

The Client is informed that the internet does not offer complete security and that only the communication channels expressly secured by The Mug are secure. Where The Mug acts as a processor of data on behalf of the Client, the Parties conclude a data processing agreement compliant with article 28 of the GDPR.

Article 20 — Intellectual property and use of the address

20.1. The trade marks, logos, names (including “The Mug”), content and materials made available by The Mug remain its exclusive property or that of its partners. The contract confers on the Client no intellectual property right over these elements, other than the right to use the services for its own needs for the duration of the contract.

20.2. During the performance of the contract, the Client may mention the address of its reference site on its commercial documents, within the limits of the formula subscribed to. The use of the name, trading name or logo “The Mug” in its communications is subject to the prior written agreement of The Mug.

20.3. At the end of the contract, the Client shall remove any mention relating to The Mug from its official and commercial documents, under the conditions and subject to the sanctions provided for in article 12.

Article 21 — Complaints

Any complaint relating to the quality or conformity of a service must be addressed to The Mug in writing within eight (8) days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to it, so as to enable The Mug to remedy it effectively. The Parties shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably before any legal action.

Article 22 — Assignment

The Client may not assign or transfer the contract, in whole or in part, whether for consideration or free of charge, without the prior written agreement of The Mug. The Mug may assign the contract to any company in its group or in the context of a transfer of its business, subject to informing the Client.

Article 23 — Amendment of these Conditions

The Mug may amend these Conditions. Amendments are notified to the Client in writing or by publication on the website www.themug.be, subject to at least thirty (30) days' notice before they come into force.

The amended Conditions become applicable to the contractual period following their entry into force. A Client who does not accept them may terminate the contract concerned, without indemnity, in writing and before that date. Failing termination, the new Conditions are enforceable against it.

Article 24 — Partial invalidity

If a clause of these Conditions is held to be void, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses retain their full effect. The Parties shall replace the invalid clause with a valid clause pursuing, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the same economic objective.

Article 25 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Conditions and all contractual relations between the Parties are governed exclusively by Belgian law.

Any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation or performance which could not be resolved amicably falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Hainaut, Mons division, without prejudice to the right of The Mug to bring proceedings before any other competent court.

These general terms and conditions are annexed to the agreement between The Mug Enghien SRL and the Client, and are published on www.themug.be.

The Mug Enghien SRL — B2B general terms and conditions of sale, version 2026.1. These Conditions are drawn up in French; the Dutch and English versions are translations provided for information purposes only. In the event of divergence between the versions, the French text prevails.
