Having a fixed desk in a coworking space brings a double advantage. On the one hand you work in peace and arrange your space as you wish; on the other you grow your network in the shared areas (kitchen, garden…).
The budget
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A fixed desk costs €290 excl. VAT per month. The price goes down if you book several desks for your team. The plan is all charges included. In the pack: registered office, mail service, heating and electricity, weekly office cleaning and access to the meeting rooms of the network's centres.

Office to rent in Brussels and Enghien
Looking for an office to rent? The Mug offers lockable private offices and desks in shared offices across three centres: Schuman (European Quarter) and Flagey (Ixelles) in the Brussels-Capital Region, and Enghien (Hainaut) in Wallonia. All our offices are furnished and let with all charges included — electricity, heating, fibre wifi, coffee and cleaning — with no long-term commitment.
What type of office can I rent?
From a lockable private office for 1 to 10 people to a desk in a shared office, as well as open-plan floors for small teams.
What is included in the rent?
All charges: electricity, heating, water, high-speed fibre wifi, fairtrade coffee, cleaning and access 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Where are your offices located?
In Brussels — Schuman (European Quarter) and Flagey (Ixelles) — and in Enghien, in Wallonia. Each centre is close to public transport.
Can I also register my company there?
Yes, company registered office is possible in every centre, with mail handling.
