How it works

An hour of meeting room
To welcome a client, hold a team meeting or run an interview. You spend as many credits as hours booked.
Valid for 6 months
At your own pace
The ten credits are used one at a time, in any order, over 6 months. Nothing obliges you to come every week.
Where to use it
At Flagey and Enghien
The pass gives access to the coworking area and the meeting rooms of The Mug Flagey, between Flagey square and La Cambre Abbey, and of The Mug Enghien, on the main square.
The Mug Schuman has neither a coworking area nor a meeting room: your credits are used at Flagey or Enghien.
Important
Let us know 24 hours ahead
Every visit must be announced to us at least 24 hours ahead, by email to coffeebreak@themug.be. That is how we can guarantee you a spot — and it is essential for a meeting room, which has to be booked.
Tell us the date, the time, the centre, and whether it is a day of coworking or a meeting room.
Read before you order
The pass conditions
- One credit is worth one day of coworking or one hour of meeting room, your choice, each time you use it.
- Ten credits per pass, usable one at a time. You can order several passes.
- Valid for 6 months from the invoice date. Credits not used within 6 months are lost.
- Coworking and meeting rooms at Flagey and Enghien.
- Every visit must be announced at least 24 hours in advance by email to coffeebreak@themug.be, so that we can check availability. A meeting room is only confirmed once we have replied.
- €170 excl. VAT per pass.
- The pass is payable on receipt of the invoice, which you receive by email right after your order. It becomes usable as soon as we receive your payment.

We need your billing details. You will receive your invoice by email, with a QR code to scan in your banking app.

Your invoice is on its way by email to the address you gave. It carries a QR code : scan it in your banking app, the transfer is pre-filled. Your credits can be used as soon as we receive payment — and don't forget to let us know 24 h before your first visit.
