A coworking pass gives you access to 3 of our 4 centres (Schuman, Flagey, Enghien). Just ask for your access codes and you’ll be at home everywhere!

Is there always room in the coworking spaces?

Yes, we’ve fully assessed the capacity of each centre. You’ll always have a place in the sun!

Are the meeting rooms free for me?

Our centres have several meeting rooms to enable you to receive your clients and colleagues in the best possible conditions. As a coworker, you have free access for 10 hours a month.

Is access to the centres 24 hours a day?

The answer is yes for The Mug Schuman, The Mug Flagey and The Mug Enghien, your code gives you access to the building at any time of the day or night.

Is there somewhere to make a quiet phone call?

At Schuman and Flagey, you have access to phone rooms where you can make your calls in peace. In Enghien, you can use a meeting room for a quick call.

YOU RENT AN OFFICE

Are the offices all inclusive of charges?

We are keen to offer you the most comprehensive experience. The office rent includes the cost of gas and electricity, as well as weekly cleaning.

Are the meeting rooms free for me?

Our centres have several meeting rooms to enable you to receive your clients and colleagues in the best possible conditions. As an office tenant, you have free access to them (between 15 and 25 hours/month, depending on the package). Regardless of your reference centre, you can access the meeting rooms at Schuman, Flagey and Enghien.

Is access to the centres 24 hours a day?

Yes, you have your own code and keys, so you can come and work whenever you like 365 days a year.

In 2014, Stephan de Brabandere, entrepreneur, and Lauranne Lahaye, journalist, launched the coworking adventure with a clear idea in mind: to create an alternative to existing centres, often cold and inflexible. The Mug’s formulas can be adapted to your desires: come occasionally or frequently.

From Brussels to Enghien

The Mug concept covers 2 cities and 4 centres: The Mug Schuman, The Mug Flagey, Le Phare du Kanaal, in Brussels; The Mug Enghien, in Enghien. Our coworkings are accessible by public transport and open 7 days a week. With your personal digicode, you can make yourself at home: come on in, make yourself a tea, use the printer…

1. Coworking: all inclusive

A coworking pass gives you access to our four centres and unlimited tea and coffee. Bonus: your coworking pass (“Lungo” formula) includes free hours of meeting room rental!

2. Private and shared offices

Sharing an office with other freelancers or teams, or setting up your team in a private, custom-made office: everything is possible!

3. Meeting rooms

Every member has access to the group’s meeting rooms, free of charge or at a reduced price. Book them for your meetings, interviews, workshops, incentives, etc.

4. Business address and mail service

Our coworkings are strategically located: the Grand-Place in Enghien, the European Quarter, Place Flagey, etc. Our packages include mail reception, sorting, scanning and/or mailing.

5. Cafe-canteen

In June 2021, The Mug took over the keys to Le Phare du Kanaal, a coworking space and restaurant. At Le Phare, the food is local and seasonal. The venue, on the banks of the Brussels canal in Molenbeek, can be made private for your private and professional events.

We are the cheapest!

We dreamt of a friendly, reassuring place. A place where everything would be included, from fair trade coffee to meeting rooms. A place that would help us build an open and sustainable society, too.
